Welcome back Kiwis,
here it is finally the last post about our trip in Spain. I know we were gone in October 2017 and now it’s January 2018, I needed a while for write it! It’s always difficult to resume everything and make you a post to read in ten minutes. Therefore I am not even able to do that in real life! Well, I can start saying that of all these towns we visited the one I prefered the most was Valencia. Valencia is my favorite town because you could really feel the south Spain. We travelled from North to South Spain by train, while travelling down you could realize how the landscape changes. My eyes lighted up when on the way to Valencia the earth turned from brown colors to red. Who knows me, knows also that I love to travel by train, this was really one of the best travel ever I did by train. I was just in love of this landscape, when you turned left you could see the sea at one step of your nose and when you turned on the right side you could see until the horizon Orange trees on the red earth. Just an unforgettable picture that can’t fade away from my mind!
like i previously talked in the post of our autumn-break vacation we did a one-week trip to Spain visiting the east coast. A tour of 460 km through the rough arid lands of south Europe, from maritime pines to palms and orange trees. It doesn’t seems a lot distance but on so less kilometers the landscape changed drastically.
The main reasons we choosed Spain was two. First of all we wanted to have a vacation in a warm place. Anyway but we didn’t want to have a touristic travel like mostly part do flying to Palma de Mallorca. Second of all, i am currently learning spanish so i wanted to practice the language.
Our tour started in Düsseldorf Weeze, we took a direct Ryanair flight (yes, because cheap is better!) to Girona Airport. We landed very late in the evening having a climate shock, a difference of around 16 degrees was unexpected! Exactly there in front was the bus station where to take our bus for Girona center.
here I am again with a free printable to download and enjoy!
Like every year i use to buy in the month of december a tea advent calender. The pleasure to enjoy every evening a cup of tea in front while looking a film under a warm blanket is not to spell! Here in Germany during the advent time we have many kind of calenders, for kids and for adults. This is something thypical to do and that everyone like to follow day by day the holiday time.
